Local "Coffee Meetings"
in Southern Tasmania

Local groups hold regular get togethers for mothers. Babies and young children are always welcome at meetings. There is usually a topic at each meeting, but meetings are fairly informal and there is plenty of time to chat with other mums or ask a counsellor for suggestions on dealing with any breastfeeding challenges. Best of all you get time out of the house and a chance to relax and make new friends!

If you are having a good day bring a plate of either morning tea or lunch to share. If things aren't going so well...don't worry there is bound to be extra.

If you’ve never been to a meeting, or haven't come to one for a long time, we would love to see, so why not come along? Remember:
  • You can come to any get together, not just the ones closest to where you live.
  • You can bring along your questions or concerns, or just come for a chat and a cuppa. When we have a set topic, there is still plenty of time to talk about other things as well.
  • Don't worry if you're running late.
  • Babies and older children are welcome too.
